1. Copyright and rights of use
The copyright and all intellectual property rights to the image files provided remain with the copyright holder: Micha Eicher, Scharfsinn. The user is granted a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual right of use for the purposes defined below.

2. Permitted use
The image material may only be used for the following media and purposes:

• Editorial reporting in print and online media.

3. Image credit and attribution
In every publication, the copyright holder must be clearly visible and named in the immediate vicinity of the image.

If the image material is used on social media, the author must be linked to or tagged where possible.

4. Restrictions and editing
Any editing, redesign, alteration or modification of the image files (except for proportions when resizing) is prohibited without the author’s prior written consent. The image material may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g. sale of products, merchandising) or in a defamatory, libellous or illegal context.
